How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance to secure your preferred date, venue, and vendors, however we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
How do we check availability?

How do we secure our wedding date?
To secure your wedding date, a completed booking form must be submitted via email, along with a deposit payment. A minimum of 50% of the basic package fee (including setup fees) is required at the time of reservation.
Can we hold a date before booking?
Yes, we may be able to hold your preferred time slot for up to one week at no cost, depending on availability.
Services
Do you provide photography and videography services?
Yes, we offer professional photography and videography services. Pricing varies depending on coverage time and the number of delivered images, so please contact us for more details.
Do you offer hair and makeup services?
Yes, we offer professional hair and makeup services. You can consult with your stylist in advance via email to discuss your preferred look, and a trial session can also be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.
Can we bring our own vendors?
This depends on the plan and venue. Please contact us for more details.
Do you provide officiants?
Yes, we can arrange officiants such as a minister or a Kahu (a traditional Hawaiian officiant).
Can we have our own officiant?
This depends on the plan and venue. Please contact us for more details.
Can the packages be customized?
Certain items included in the package may be adjusted; however, the package price will remain the same. Additional optional services are also available, so please contact us for more details.
Process
Do you offer full wedding planning services?
We primaly coordinate your ceremony and reception, and can assist with additional services as needed. You are also welcome to work with your own planner.
Do you offer site visit for the venue?
Yes, we can arrange a site visit for the venue. Please contact us through our inquiry form to schedule your visit.
How do we communicate if we are overseas?
You will work with a Hawaii-based coordinator via email throughout the planning process. Phone or online meetings can also be arranged upon request.
Do we have a wedding rehearsal?
Yes, on-site walkthorough is available.
Marriage License & Certificate
What do we need to prepare for a legal marriage in Hawaii?
To legally get married in Hawaii, you will need to obtain a Hawaii marriage license. Most of the application can be completed online in advance, and the license is picked up after your arrival. In most cases, a valid photo ID such as a passport or driver’s license is required. There are no citizenship or residency requirements, and your marriage is legally recognized worldwide.After your ceremony, we will handle the filing of your marriage certificate on your behalf. For additional requirements such as an Apostille, please contact us for more details.
Do we need to arrange our marriage license ourselves?
Yes, couples are required to obtain their marriage license on their own. We recommend arriving in Hawaii at least two weekdays before your ceremony to allow time to obtain your license and adjust to the time difference. The Department of Health, where you will obtain your marriage license, is closed weekends and holidays, so please plan accordingly.

Who will be assisting us on the wedding day?
Our Hawaii-based team will be on-site to assist you at the venue on your wedding day.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Hawaii typically enjoys beautiful weather year-round. In case of rain, alternative arrangements may be available depending on the venue. Please contact us for more information.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We will send you an online payment link via email, where you can complete your payment using a credit card.
When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
